Our Return and Refund policy is taken on a case-by-case basis; we desire for each of our customers to be fully satisfied with their finished product. All custom ordered items will require final approval by you, the customer. There will always be a variance of colors and wood types from the images seen online; but we strive to make certain that your beautiful product is as you see it online. 

• Terms of return - within 10 days of your receipt
